- Account information such as name, email, role, and profile details
- Admissions workflow data such as intake responses, tasks, applications, and appointments
- Operational data such as newsletter subscriptions and optional analytics identifiers
Public-facing content
Public testimonials, admission outcomes, and counselor profiles are only shown when they are intentionally published. Internal student workflow data is not meant for search indexing.
